Our homeowners put in 200 hours of "sweat equity" and will pay a 0% interest mortgage. Volunteers put in over 2,000 hours to build a 3-bedroom Habitat home. Habitat home floorplans vary among different housing styles.
Our home options allow choices such as home color paint, flooring options and lighting packages. Habitat homes are designed to be energy efficient with affordability in mind and are created to enrich the lives of our families. These homes are more than just a house to our partner families.
