The Loveland Habitat for Humanity 2025 application cycle will not open as we focus on moving current families into their homes. We appreciate your patience and encourage those interested in future homeownership to sign up for email notifications below. This is not an application but ensures you're among the first to know when the next cycle, likely in 2026, opens.
Step 1 - Requirements
Review to be sure you understand our program requirements.
- Live or work in Loveland for one year
- Have a need for housing
- Willing to partner
- Meet income guidelines
Step 2 - Register for the Mailing List
Register for the mailing list by clicking the button below and filling out the form. This allows us to notify you when we have homeownership opportunities available.
Step 3 - Attend an Information Meeting
This is not a requirement to apply, but attending an information session will provide you with important information about our application process and give you a chance to ask our staff questions.

Step 4 - Online Application
Once the next cycle opens, fill out an application. Be sure to include all required documents for full consideration.
Step 5 - Application Review Process
Once we receive an application along with all supporting documents, they are reviewed for basic eligibility.
Step 6 - Pre-Approval
If your application is reviewed and meets our qualifications, Habitat staff will reach out to you to discuss pre-approval for our program and a loan with one of our lending partners.
Once your application receives final approval, you will be notified by Habitat staff, and we will schedule your orientation!
